Linking Brands to Solutions

Linking Brands to Solutions

Friday, September 18, 2015

Green Bay, Wis.—Creating opportunities for connections is what Tim Riebau has joined Elevate97 to do every day. Anywhere. Anyhow.

“We want to make sure that brands have a strategist and partner who will connect the dots of their initial ideas to the team that will bring those ideas to life,” said Dave Coe, president of Eleavate97, “That’s what Tim has done his entire career. And we’re thrilled to have him on board.” Riebau is now the Vice President of Sales and Marketing working hand in glove with Coe.

And they are no strangers. Coe and Riebau worked together at Alta Resources where they were part of the leadership team that helped the company multiply their revenues over seven times through the growth of existing customer relationships, development of new client relationships, and development of new service offerings. Today, they’re teaming up to continue Elevate97’s growth and increase in services for world-renowned brands.

Elevate97 is a Green Bay company that provides distribution, production, technology, and design services. Founded in 1997, the company’s growth potential is what drew Riebau, who most recently was Vice President of Sales at J.J. Keller & Associates where he grew and led a team to significant growth over a five year period.

Riebau likes to emphasize his role is about linking people, ideas and opportunities. “The idea of helping big brands connect to the possibilities that Elevate97 offers is really exciting to me. The potential is so huge and the attitude here is that Elevate97 will find a way—what better organization and commitment to innovative solutions could I hope to show to potential brands? It’s really a great fit,” said Riebau. “And I believe in creating seamless systems that support every request, every idea. So that will be a significant focus for me and the Elevate97 team.”

“At this stage in his career, Tim could be anywhere. We’re glad he’s here and I know our clients and future clients will be, too,” said Kate Burgess, CEO and owner of Elevate97. “He’s proven it for brands time and again.”

Riebau holds a strong track record of high performance in sales and sales management, leadership development, customer relationship management, operations and organizational development including team management and motivation. He’s experienced in acquisitions, multi-site management, systems implementation and is Six Sigma trained.

Riebau received his MBA from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and his bachelor degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He currently serves as Board Chair for the YMCA of the Fox Cities. You’ll also find him running the streets of Appleton as an avid runner, and in gyms around the state coaching youth basketball.

Elevate97 occupies 190,000 square feet of warehousing space in Green Bay, Wisconsin. With roots in fulfillment, warehousing and direct mail, Elevate97 today provides distribution, design, production and technology solutions.

“We produce marketing materials of all shapes and sizes. Think little boxes to large storefront environments,” said Burgess. “And we are in a growth mode—thanks to the demand of our clients and partners. Tim will be a key leader in our organization as we continue to manage that growth and exceed the expectations of all those we touch.”
