Wednesday, January 27, 2016

Green Bay, Wis.—To be the preferred partner for showcasing world-renowned retail brands, Elevate97 relies on the talents of its employee partners. In fourth quarter 2015, Elevate97 added three new director-level partners to its leadership team, bringing a wealth of experience and focused on alignment with the company’s values and can-do attitude.

“The high-profile brands we support need to have strategists and partners across all areas of our company, connecting the brands’ marketing ideas with innovative solutions,” said Dave Coe, President of Elevate97. “These new leaders have been with Elevate97 just a short time, and already they’re elevating major brands and our own company in exciting ways.”

Al Kuenzi, Director of Distribution Services at Elevate97, has 20 years’ experience in fulfillment, print, warehousing and distribution roles. Kuenzi comes to Elevate97 from WOW Logistics, where he was a General Manager, leading all operations of a 450,000 sq. ft. distribution center. He also has experience with Banta Corporation (now RR Donnelly) managing bindery, print, fulfillment and warehouse services. Kuenzi has bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Graphic Communications Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He is an Assistant Chief with the Clayton-Winchester Volunteer Fire Department and a state-certified safety instructor.

Leah Lasecki, CPA, CGMA, Controller at Elevate97, oversees the company’s financial activities and participates in planning and strategy development for Elevate97’s continuous improvement and growth. Lasecki has more than a decade of leadership and accounting experience, most recently as a Partner at KerberRose SC. She has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Business Administration from Lakeland College, Sheboygan, Wisconsin. For several years, she has positively impacted the local community by volunteering for the Women’s Fund of Greater Green Bay Power of the Purse event.

Heidi Hilbert, Director of Creative Services at Elevate97, brings more than 22 years of graphic design and leadership experience to the company. She leads a team that designs environmental graphics and supports the print requirements of major brands. Most recently, Hilbert led a team of project managers and graphic designers at Schreiber Foods. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication and the Arts from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. Hilbert has long been involved in the gymnastics program at the Green Bay YMCA and currently volunteers as a coach.

“As the distribution, printing and innovation needs of our client partners grow, we continue to add the talent and technology to be a step ahead of their expectations,” said Coe. “As a leadership team, and as a company, we continually seek breakthroughs that go beyond what brands expect.”
